Global Search based on Name, Account and Policy number

This will allow an agent to quickly navigate to any client’s 360 Overview, or to their policy overview. When searching by name, in the event of multiple clients sharing a name, results are displayed with the client’s name and corresponding city, such as “John Test, Denver.” When searching by policy number, the name of the client and Policy number are displayed, such as “John Test, 1010101.” This eliminates the need to navigate to the Client or Policy tab before searching for a client or policy.

Sagitta Sync with InsuredMine

There will be a two-way sync of accounts, contacts, policies, carriers and categories between InsuredMine and Sagitta.

While adding accounts:

The address is the mandatory field in InsuredMine. You will be required to add the address in the account. If you do not add the address, the account or contact won’t be synced with Sagitta. The address represents the full address including, unit/suite number, street address, zip code, city, and country.

Once an account is created in InsuredMine, it will be synced in Sagitta as well. You will be able to search the account by name in the client section. Navigate to the client section and select the client name. Type in the client name to search.

While adding client details in Sagitta, the category stands for the type of contact which will be either: commercial or personal.

Sync – Both Manual and Auto-Sync

Once you have added a client and saved it in Sagitta, you can then navigate to accounts in InsuredMine and click on the sync button.

There is both manual and auto-sync available while syncing data from InsuredMine to Sagitta and vice versa.

The sync will take 2-3 minutes based on the amount of data.

In Sagitta, if you do not have any active policies added to the account, it will be displayed as Prospect. For example, if you sync an account from InsuredMine to Sagitta, and it does not have any policies in it, it will be displayed as ‘Prospect’. However, if the account is synced from Sagitta to InsuredMine, it will be displayed as ‘Inactive’.

The boxes that are outlined in red are mandatory fields.

In InsuredMine, the agent corresponds to the producer in Sagitta. Therefore, the agent code will appear within the Producer section of Sagitta.

In the client details section, all account and contact details will be updated, and in the Policies section, policies will be updated.

Please note: It is not possible to update a policy directly from InsuredMine to Sagitta. The functionality is limited to adding and deleting policies from InsuredMine and reflecting those changes in Sagitta.

Carriers and Categories Sync

Sync Policy Carrier/ categories from InsuredMine to Sagitta via Auto/ Manual Sync.

Navigate to the settings module.
Then, select Auto/Manual Sync from the settings options to choose how you want to sync the policy, carrier, and categories.

While adding a policy within account or contact mention the mandatory fields of carrier and category.
Click on Save.

A policy is now been added within the Contact.

Through Manual Sync

Click on sync the Policy with Sagitta.

Policy including the carriers and categories will then be synced with Sagitta.

Click on policy to view the details.

Auto Sync

If you set the Policy to Auto sync it directly syncs to Sagitta.

Sync Policy From Sagitta to InsuredMine

Data related to category and carriers sync from Sagitta to Insuredmine through cron server rerun or real time sync.

Fill in the Insurer and Coverage related to Info while adding a policy within Sagitta.

The Policy will then reflect over InsuredMine as shown in the image above.

Attach note added to Account to policy and contact.

Overview

We have introduced an enhancement that allows users to map notes to related contacts, policies, and accounts while creating a note. When a note is associated with a linked record, the same note is automatically reflected across the mapped records. Any updates or deletion made to the note are synchronized across all associated contacts, policies, and accounts.

Use Case: This enhancement helps users maintain consistent notes across related records without creating duplicate entries. By automatically syncing notes between mapped contacts, policies, and accounts, users can ensure that all relevant information remains up to date and easily accessible from each associated record.

To view the enhancement:

For Accounts

Navigate to the account module. Select the account to go to account 360.
Go to the notes section and select Add Note.

Select policy by clicking the arrow button, and select a contact from the drop-down.
Click on Save.

For Contact

Navigate to the contact module. Click on a contact to go to Contact 360.
Go to the notes section and click on add note.
Select a policy by clicking the drop-down.
Click on Save.

For policies

Navigate to the policy module, click on a policy to go to an extended view
Go to the notes section and click on add note.
Select contacts by clicking on the drop-down.
Click on Save.

Adding notes from Account 360 and selecting a contact or policy will map the same note to that contact or policy. Similarly to this, notes added to policies will also be added to contacts, and contacts’ module notes will reflect the selected policy.

If we edit the note from the Contact, the changes will also be reflected in the mapped policy and account notes. Similarly, for notes in the account and Policies modules too.

We also have a delete option that, if used, will also remove any notes that have been mapped to contacts and policies.

Contact, Account, Policy Archived list

Description: The new feature has been introduced where now we can see the archived list for contact, account and policy.

Navigation:

Navigate to contacts module
Click on 3 settings
You will see the archived contacts feature

When you click on archived contacts then you will see all the contacts that have been archived.

Navigate to the accounts module
Click on the settings
You will see the archived accounts feature

When you click on the archived accounts then you will see all the accounts that have been archived.

Navigate to the policies module
Click on the settings
You will see the archived policies feature

When you click on the archived policies then you will see all the policies that have been archived.

Advanced Search- Contact, Policy, Account & Deal Card

The search option has become smarter! Now you can search by name or number in all three sections- Contact, Policy, Account, and Deal Card.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to the Smart search tab on the top left.
Type a name and click on the search icon or press enter.
You will be redirected to a new page where you can perform a more specific search.

You can search by Contact, Policy, Account, and Deal Card.

For Contacts, you can search by the First name, Last Name, Address, Phone, Email, Notes, Tasks, and Files.

If you are searching by policy, then, in that case, you can have a more specific search by the Policy Number, First name, Last Name, Address, Phone, and Email.

If you are searching by account, then, in that case, you can have a more specific search by the Account Name, First name, Last Name, Address, Phone, and Email.

If you are searching by deal card, then, in that case, you can have a more specific search by the Deal Title, First name, Last Name, Address, Phone, Email, Notes, Tasks, and Files.

And for every search type, be it Contact, Policy, Account, or Deal Card, you can also select the user type: All, Active, Inactive, Prospect, Lead, and Others.
