We have introduced a new enhancement in the Engagement Module under Email Campaigns. Now, when an email campaign is created by an agent, any stages added by the admin in that campaign are also visible to the respective agent.

Use Case: Suppose an agent creates an email campaign to nurture prospects. Later, the admin adds additional stages (e.g., follow-up emails) to the same campaign. With this enhancement, the agent can also view these newly added stages, ensuring better collaboration, consistency, and alignment between admins and agents.

To view the Enhancement: 

• Navigate to the Engagement
• Click on Analytics

• You will be redirected to the Engagement > Email Campaign.
• As shown below, all  campaign created by agent is visible to the Admin.

• Select the preferred agent email campaign in which you want to Add Stages.
• Click on Add stages.

Click on  + Add Stages to add new stage.

• Fill in the required details of Added Stage
• Click on  Update

A Success Message “ Campaign Updated Successfully” appears.

To view this added Stage in Agent Account:

• Navigate to the Engagement. 
• Click on Analytics.

You will be redirected to the Engagement> Email Campaign page.

As shown below, the stage added by the Admin in the email campaign is now visible to the Agent.

Note: In addition to Add Stage, the Edit and Delete functionalities are also reflected on both Admin and Agent sides.

Notes: If no last name is present, it will use the first two letters of the first name and display it respectively.

 

Also, if no name is present in the text module, it will use the two starting numbers (This is only relevant to the text module).

Description: If tags are added to a newly created contact using a form, and those tags have any automation, the automation will be triggered for that newly created contact.

Benefit: It is simple to automate the assignment of drips to newly created contacts.

Navigation

• Navigate to the Contact module. Click on the three dots to select Contact Automation.

• Select Add Tag under the Trigger column. Select Tags under the Tag column & choose a Drip. 
• Click on Submit. 

 

Note – The assigned drip will be initiated for the new contacts based on the New Tag contact automation.

• Navigate to the Form module. Go to the form and click the three dots to select Form Automation.

 

• Under the Pipeline Settings, choose Private or Shared accordingly. The addition of contact tags and user tags for automation can be done statically or dynamically.
• Click on Save.

• Under Create Contact. Select User Tags. 

Note – Once a new contact is created using forms, the drip automation that has been assigned to it will start.

Use Case- The email received will show CSR as the sender for special scenarios.

Process-

Note – The CSR email can be added by the Nowcerts Agency while creating the account. 

• You can add a CSR email from nowcerts by adding an Account Manager/CRM.

• The added CSR email in an account synced in Insuredmine will be visible under Account 360 of an Account in the Account module.

• The email will be sent by the email mapped with the CSR of the particular account.
• Navigate to the Engagement Module. Select Create in  Email Campaign. 

• Go to the Sender section. Select the drop-down to choose the option.

• An email will be sent from the email mapped into CSR related to that account for the particular email campaign.

In an agency, at times one Twilio number is used by multiple agents to place a call. So, in case there is an incoming call to the Twilio number, the first ten agents of the agency using the same phone number will get the call. And the call will get connected once any one of the available agents receives the call.
