You can send a link to your clients to download the InsuredMine app helping them to manage their policies more efficiently,

Select Send App Download Link from the Overall button on top of the screen from any module and then just follow the instructions mentioned below.

You can also download app link by going to google play store or apple store.

Fill in all the information like client name, email address and mode of communication.
Note: Once you start entering customer name, the email address and phone number should populate if you have these details in your system.

You can also send a link to your clients to download the InsuredMine app through email or text.

Now you can send a link to your clients to download the InsuredMine app helping them to manage their policies more efficiently, one on platform. Just click on the Send App Download Link from the App Users widget on the dashboard.

Fill in all the information like client name, email address and mode of communication.

Note: Once you start entering customer name, the email address and phone number should populate if you have these details in your system.

Once you have filled all the information, click on Send.

Mobile App Download notification to Agent

When a contact downloads your agency’s Insuredmine app, you will receive an email alert for it. As an agent, it allows you to engage with clients easily through another powerful point of contact. You can efficiently provide more service benefits along with the sharing of policy information and documents.

The email notification consists of Contact Name, Email and phone number. You can directly navigate to the contact 360 view of the contact by clicking on the Contact 360 button in the email notification. A sample of notification is shown below:

2. Policyholders can sign up for Agency Mobile App with an email address.

Note: – Need to make sure that both email address is the same in Agency Portal Customer profile.

Log in with Email at InsuredMine Mobile App: Please use the email address that has been shared with your Insurance Agency as that email can only be verified and associated with you to share your policy details.

To signup put the verified email id and password. A verification mail with link will be sent to the email id.

Once you link on the link, your email id will be verified.

App Users -> Dashboard

Within the InsuredMine Agency Portal users can now see when their clients register on the Client Portal (online) or download the Mobile App. This should serve as a prompt for the agent to review the documents within the client’s 360 Overview and select which, if any, should be visible to the client on the Client Portal or Mobile App.

The App User widget is now available on Agency dashboard:

You can also send the app download link by clicking on Send App Download Link or Go to google play store or apple store on your mobile download the InsuredMine app.

You may recall that on the Dashboard there is a widget for “App Users” which will also let the user know which clients have downloaded the app or signed up on the web portal.

A window will open where you need to fill in data to send the link to the client. Once you fill in the name, email, phone number of the client, you need to choose through which medium you want to send the link- email, text or both. Click on send to send the link.

Mobile App Dashboard

Mobile App Dashboard includes Agents information and 4 boxed associated with Insurance information.

Once you log in for the first time, you can have a product tour :

The 4 sections are- policies, documents, add policy and my profile.

Total Policies: Total Policies card gives a customer’s total number of policies. When the card is selected, a list of the types of policies will come into view. There is an option to select to view a list of Active or Expired policies. Users can drill down into details of each policy by selecting the card. At the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, there’s also a way to edit, call the insurance agency, or a link to visit the agent’s website.
Documents: This card gives users an option to view the previously uploaded documents or you can add new documents.
Add Policy: This is a component of our Policy Wallet function. While Total Policies card displays data regarding user’s policies they purchased from their insurance agent, Add Policy card is a place for users to upload information regarding policies they may have purchased from other providers. It’s as simple as taking a picture of the Declarations page of a policy and the rest of the work is handled by our software.
My Profile: The My Profile card redirects the user or primary contact to a multi-sub-card area of the app. The broader purpose of this area of the app is for the user to input data that will help them and their agent make informed decisions regarding their insurance and risk management. Users can track their progress in developing their profile via a progress bar displaying their percentage of completion.

How to test the Insuredmine mobile app for any Insurance Agency?

To test the Insuredmine Mobile app follow the steps mentioned below:

Make sure the contact name and email exist on the agency portal. If the contact doesn’t exist, then add contactdetails and enter the corresponding email address.
Go to google play storeor apple store on your mobile download the InsuredMine app.
On the sign-up, Sign up using the email that is registered with InsuredMine.
You will receive an email notification for verifying the email address.
Navigate back to the mobile app and login using the same email id and password credentials.
After sign-up, you will be able to see the agent and agency branding on the mobile dashboard.

Add Policy and Documents (Turn Visibility ON) from agent portal under files to see it in the mobile app

Update your agent profile in the agency portal, so that the insured can view your details on the About me, Coverage I provide, States I served segments of the app.

Customer Profile

The user profile allows a user to provide information about themselves including their lifestyle and life stages to help their personal insurance agent make smart recommendations regarding the type of coverage they need to suit their lifestyle. With better information comes better decision making and better-tailored policies.

The My Profile section has 8 subparts:

Overview: Information such as a user’s email, phone number, and address is stored here. The profile also includes birthday and emergency contact information. The emergency contact is important for the insurance agent to know, and may also be important when a user takes advantage of the Car Accident Checklist tool.
House: Information regarding a user’s primary home, as well as any secondary (vacation) or rental properties, is stored here. Users can add any number of properties they own, rent or lease.
Vehicles: Information regarding user’s vehicles such as VIN, usage, year, make, and model is stored here. Having this information available makes it easy to request a quote directly from the app.
Assets: Information regarding a user’s atypical or extraordinary personal belongings are stored here. These assets may require a special kind of coverage or policy to make sure they are covered in case of loss, theft or damage. Examples of such personal property could be jewelry, musical instruments, firearms, art or rare collectibles.
Work: Information about user’s employment including title, start and end date, job location, etc. is stored here. This is relevant to the insurance agent for implications on things such as homeowners insurance (home based business is not always covered) auto insurance (if a vehicle is used for business but is insured personally, it may not be covered for any incidents that happen while being used for business purposes) and for the user’s broader risk profile (if a user’s employer or job title implies something which makes them susceptible to a frivolous lawsuit and they could benefit from an umbrella policy).
Education: Information regarding a user’s education history, a field of study, level of study completed and where they studied is stored here. This is relevant to the insurance agent for its impact on potential discounts for the user.
Family: Information about all the members in the user’s family such as their names, ages, birthdays and relationship to the user is stored here.
Pet: Information about any pets that the user might have is stored here. Many insurance agents offer pet insurance, and users can request information regarding those products directly from the app.

Agent’s profile and contact on Mobile App

In this article, you will learn:

What profile info is available and how that will help customers to connect via omnichannel?

The Agent Profile provides the customer with more information about the agent and also ways to quickly connect to their agent.

1. Email:

Quickly send an email to the agent by simply selecting the Email icon.

2. Website:

If more information is needed about the insurance agency, their website is accessible by selecting the Website icon.

3. Location/Address:

Find the insurance agent’s physical address and location by selecting on the Location icon.

4. Phone number:

Find the phone number for the agent or even call them directly through the Phone Number icon.

In addition to providing ways to quickly and directly connecting to the agent, the Agent Profile screen will provide an About Me section covering the agent’s background, history, and credentials. Additional coverage the agent can potentially provide for you is also listed on this screen.
