Add Deal, and Task from Account360 and Account Name Field in Tasklist

You can add deals and tasks from the account 360 section and while adding deals or tasks the account and contact name will get pre-populated.

How to add a deal from account 360?

Navigate to accounts
Click on any account to view the account360
Click on Add Deal button to add a deal card

While adding a personal deal card there will be a contact name whereas while adding a commercial deal card you will have a business name along with a contact name ( here contact name is optional).
If any personal account is having a contact already, so while adding a deal card, the contact name will be pre-populated.

For commercial accounts, the business name will be pre-populated and if this account has contacts added then you will be able to select the contact associated with the account or any other contact linked to the account.

How to add tasks from account 360 and contact 360?

Navigate to account 360 of any account.
Click on add task option
While adding a task from the account 360 section the account name will get pr-populated.

Similarly while adding a task from contact 360, the contact and account details will get pre-populated.

Account field in tasklist:

If you navigate to the task list page and click on the table column you will find the account name is unselected by default. If you select it the account details will be displayed in the table.

Account search option in task section:

If you click on any task you will find the account column there, you can search and add an account.

Create Tasks

You can add follow-up tasks by from the Dashboard widget – My Tasks List by clicking on the plus icon at the right side of the widget.

Plus icon will open up a form at the right side of the screen to allow you to add more information about the task including:

Task template
Task name
Task Type
Contact Name
Assignee
Priority
Task Description
Due Date
Add Attachment (if any)

Adding task in Task List widget is independent of any specific contact, prospect or deal. However, there are a couple of other places to add tasks that will show up in the same widget but they are dependent on contact or deals.

1. Add Task in Account > Contact > Task

2. Add Task in DealBoard > Deal Card

3. Add task from Contacts

In contacts, you can also add tasks by clicking on the 3 dots. This. this can be also done from the top bar quick add button.

Deals, Files, Notes, Tasks in Account 360

Two different tabs have been added in the Account 360 section. When notes or tasks are added under a contact, it will be also reflected in the Account360 section under task and notes

If an account has multiple contacts, and a policy or deal is added to that account, it will be available for all the contacts. But if any task or notes is added for any contact under that account, then the task and notes will be available for that specific contact only. And the files will be available for all contacts under that account.

Reactions in the notes – Pipeline, Contact, Account

At InsuredMine, we’re always adding new add-on features that build communication through personalization. Now you can add reactions to the notes in Pipeline, Contact, and Accounts. You will get the option to react to the message with an emoji.

If you hover the mouse over the reaction, it will show the details of who added it and the date and time of when it was added.

Apply Filters in Contacts and Opportunities

An extra notes section while adding a deal, new contact and account360.

You can add a Note directly from the Directory/ Contacts when adding a new deal or new contact. This helps to keep any information handy while working with the client.
