Description: For the agent and admin, reports for the eSignature module will be generated.

Benefit: The analysis of reports will aid in understanding the dynamics of documents sent for eSignature. Moreover, it will be useful for analyzing the agent data for the eSignature module.

Navigation : 

• Navigate to the eSignature module. Click on the Reporting icon.

Note- If you log in as the admin, you can view my signature and agent signature reports.

• In “My Signature,” the logged-in account reports will be visible.

• In “Agent Signature,” the logged-in account reports will be visible.

 

• If you login as an agent, you will see reports of documents sent by the agent.

Use case – Easier for the admin to segregate the eSignatures assigned by them and eSignatures sent by other agents.

Process:

• Navigate to eSignature. The list of eSignatures are categorized as My Signatures and Agent Signatures.

• The Agent tab is also added to the eSignature list view. This tab displays which agent the eSignature is assigned to.

The Reports section now has an added activity detail for eSignatures 

Use Case- View the report on the number and check the status of each signature document created by each agent

To View the Enhancement:

• Navigate to the Reports section at the bottom of the left panel.
• Click on Activity Reports and choose eSignature to view the complete report on eSignatures created.

• Select the custom date range.

• Data reports based on E-sign will be displayed.
