A new feature called ‘Form Wizard’ has been introduced, allowing users to create forms page by page. This feature is particularly beneficial when dealing with lengthy forms.

Use Case: The ‘Form Wizard’ enhances form creation by simplifying lengthy forms, enabling users to create them page by page for a smoother user experience.

To View the Enhancement:

  • Navigate to the Forms module.
  • Then, select ‘Create New Form.
  • Click on the ‘Wizard form’ to create a form page-wise.
  • Click on ‘Page 1.’
  • Add the necessary text field contents for Page 1.
  • Click ‘Save.’
  • Click on ‘Page 2.’
  • Add the required text field contents for Page 2
  • Click ‘Save.’
  • Enter the form name.
  • Click ‘Save.’
  • Upon completion, a success notification confirming the form update will be displayed.
  • Depending on the selected pages, the forms will be created accordingly.

Note: Ensure all mandatory fields are filled in on each page to proceed to the next page.

Creating custom forms from the pre-built form templates has been made easier. It’s just two clicks away.

How to access the new UI of Form section:

  • Navigate to Forms
  • You will find the My Form list section
  • Click on Create New Forms
  • The templates will be visible that you can use to help you create a new form.
  • Click on the 3 dots under Action to edit the template
  • Once you create the form the form will be saved under form list.

To check the inclusion:

For each response you receive, you will get an email notification.

There are 3 important functionalities related to forms in Insuredmine.

  1. Link Share from the Custom forms (Public intake form): When the above link is copied to the website and a lead enters their details on the form, the agent receives a notification with the subject ” You have got a lead via Insuredmine”. A click on the lead details tab in the email will direct you to the Deal card on the Shared Pipeline Board with details populated from the form.

Use case: Forms can be sent with email campaigns, shared as signatures, featured after the webinars for feedback, etc.

Name field is mandatory to create Public intake form, as the Pipeline card is generated based on the Name.

2. Importing web intake form on the website: When iframe or a button is added in the agent website through web forms functionality in the Settings module. A deal is added from the public Quotesheet web form to Shared Pipeline when a prospect submits the form.

3. Import intake form from the expanded Pipeline card: You can add the custom form built through form builder, and import it in the expanded Pipeline card. Furthermore, you can preview or share the form with the lead/customer and gain insightful information.

In this article, you will learn:

Creating forms has been made easier! Now you can customize the form in few minutes. Just drag and drop the fields as required and you’re good to go!

Steps to build a form:

  • Navigate to Forms
  • Drag and drop the fields that you want to have in your form.
  • Once you drag a new window will open where you need to choose and fill all the fields that you want to have in the form.

  • In the text field components-select the components that you want in the display, data, validation, API, conditional.
  • In the display section, set the label name, label position, placeholder text, description, tooltip, input mask, custom CSS class.
  • Click to save.

Note: While setting the form you can view the settings on the right, this will give you can have an idea how the form will look like.

  • In the data section select the text case, select multiple values if required.
  • In the validation, section fill in the required details.
  • In API section add the field tags, and you can custom properties too.
  • If there are any conditions that you want to add to the form, then add those
  • Once done click to save.
  • In the form preview section, you can view the created form.
  • This is how a created form will look like

Note: In forms there are pre-set form templates, that can be also customized and used as per your requirement.

To use the pre-built form templates:

  • Navigate to forms
  • Click on Templates to select any pre-built form
  • There are 19 pre-built form templates, choose from those and click to edit the template.
  • You can edit, move, copy and remove any fields in the form

Previously shared feature in forms

Now, you will get to see the agent’s name with whom you have previously shared the forms. To view this enhancement:
  • Navigate to forms
  • Click on the forms list
Navigate the cursor to the particular form and click on the share icon under the action section In the agents’ list under the share form, you can find previously shared tags beside the agent’s name with whom the form has already been shared.

In this article you will learn:

Process to delete a form

To delete an existing Form follow the steps mentioned below:
  • Navigate to Forms
  • Click the form list
  • Select the form template that you want to delete.
  • Navigate right to select the delete icon
  • Click on the delete icon.

You will get a warning message if you are sure to delete the form. Click ‘yes’ to delete it.

Multiple Delete in Forms

In the form list section, you select multiple forms and click on the delete icon on the top.

On confirming your action, the selected forms will be deleted.

You will get a notification for successful completion.

The view response enables you to quickly access the record entities filled by the users on your forms. A click on the view button displays the entire list of responses related to the specific form. You do not need to navigate to a different module to see the information needed to do your work.

Steps to view response:

  • Navigate to the Form module
  • Click on the Forms List
  • Click View under the View Response column for a particular form
  • A panel from the right will open where you can find the entire list of who has responded to the form. To download the list click on download CSV.
  • Click on the view button to view the form and access all the details of Form response entries.
  • To download the form click on download PDF.
