Overview

The Reputation module now allows you to download google review  in an Excel file based on selected date range and review type filters.

This makes it easier to export and analyze review data based on specific requirements.

How to Download Review Results
  1. Navigate to the Reputation module.

    2. Select the required date range using the date filter.

 

    3. Select the required Review Type:

    • Internal
    • Unhappy

    4. Apply the filters to view the required review results.

    5. Click the Download option to export the results.

    6. The filtered review results will be downloaded as an Excel file.

Downloaded File Details

The Excel file will include the following columns:

Name of the account associated with the review

Account Type

Type of account

Contact Name

Name of the contact

Created On

Date the review was created

Agent

Agent associated with the account

Review Rating

Rating provided for the review

Overview

We have introduced a new enhancement in the Reputation module under Google Reviews that allows users to filter reviews based on a selected date range. Users can choose from available date options or use the Custom Range option to view reviews received within a specific period.

Use Case: This enhancement helps users quickly access and analyze Google Reviews from a specific timeframe. By filtering reviews based on date, users can review relevant feedback more efficiently without manually searching through all reviews.

To view the enhancement:

  • Navigate to Reputation.
  • Click on Google Reviews.
  • As shown below, a Date Filter option has been added.
  • Click on the Date Filter.

From the dropdown, select the preferred date range.

Note: You can also use the Custom Range option to select a specific date range based on your requirements.

To View the Result:

  • Scroll down the page to view Google Reviews received within the selected date range.

Boost your website’s credibility with our improved Google Review Website Widget. Now it displays Google reviews mapped to each location easily. If your business has multiple locations, this feature helps you show all the Google reviews for each site. By sharing personalized customer feedback, you can improve your online reputation and build trust with potential clients.

Use Case: Users can easily display location-specific Google reviews, enhancing credibility and building trust with potential clients.

To View the Enhancement:
  • Navigate to the Settings Module.
  • In the Appearance section, click on Website Widgets.
  • Then, select Google Review Widgets.
  • Next, click on ‘Copy Link’ and use it to view and verify the link in a new tab, where it will be visible.
  • Once you paste the link, you will be able to view the complete page with all the Google reviews listed, allowing you to select and sort them according to branch locations.

Fetch Google Reviews  by Google Mapped Location 

Note: 💡 The data will remain the same as shown, and the Google Widgets will be identical to those in Reputation.

  • Navigate to the Reputation module > Google Reviews > All Locations.
  • Next, select the option to view Google reviews by location.

Feature Release Dt: 28 December, 2024

We’ve improved the Google Reviews feature within the Reputation module to make it more user-friendly. These updates offer better customization, easier survey sharing, and efficient feedback collection to meet your needs.

Use Case: Enhancements in the Google review module will improve customization, simplify survey distribution, and enhance feedback collection for a seamless user experience.

Enhancement 1: Get Google Reviews via (From Email or Agency Support Email)
  • Navigate to the Reputation Module.
  • Then, click on ‘Get Google Reviews.’
  • Fill in the details such as Name, Email, Phone, Send Via, and From Email to send the Google Review link.
  • The Google Review Link will be shared via the Agency Support Email or From Email selected option
  • Then, click on Get Review.

Enhancement 2: Google Rating Color Settings

  • Click on the three dots present in the top right corner within the Google Review section.
  • From the drop-down select ‘Google Rating Color Setting.’
  • Select the color for the ‘Rating’ button.
  • The chosen rating color will be incorporated into the ‘Google Review Link.’
  • Once you share the ‘Google Review’ link, the color of the rating button will change, as shown in the image above. 👆 as per the color is set.

Note : After applying the ‘Google Rating’ color settings and mapping the branch name with the logo, these settings will automatically apply to all Google review links you share.

Enhancement 3: Branch Logo

  • A contact associated with the Branch.
  • Now if a Branch name is mapped with the Branch Logo.
  • When you send a Google review link, the logo mapped with the branch will be displayed. If the contact is associated to a specific branch, the corresponding logo will be retrieved and shown within the ‘Google Review Link’ once you share it.

New name, Same Task! The newly updated Reputation Module, previously known as the Google Reviews Module, simplifies the process of gathering and tracking customer feedback just like it did before. 

To View the Enhancement:

  • Navigate to the Reputation Module.
  • Then, click on ‘Google Review’ tab and move straight to the ‘Get Google Reviews.’
  • Next, add a few details such as: Name, Email, Phone Number, option to send via ‘Text’ or ‘Email’, choice of sending in ‘English’ or ‘Spanish’, From Email, and finally, how to ‘Take Review as’ ‘Agent’ or ‘Manager’
  • A success pop up will be displayed saying: Success Suvey Sent Successfully.
  • How did we do? How many stars would you like to give us. Click on the stars to give a rating.
  • You can also leave your review on Google. You’ll be redirected to the Google rating page, where you can share your feedback publicly and rate the business.
  • Click on post.
  • Next, come back to the Review results page, to check on the survey results.
  • Next, you can track the review you just published on Google through the ‘Google My Business Reviews’ page in InsuredMine.

Copy Public URL:

  • Click on ‘Copy Public URL.’
  • Next, paste the URL on your browser.
  • Enter the Personal Information such as Name, Email and Phone number.
  • Click Next.
  • Next, provide your ratings.
  • Then,click Next.

Note: If your feedback is less than 4, you can provide a feedback so that we can make things better for you next time.

  • Share your feedback.
  • Click on Next.

Connect Google My Business

First, make sure Google My Business page is set up.

  1. Log in to your profile and click on your profile picture.  Then click on the edit button.

2. If Google place ID Link is blank then click on the Get Place ID and enter your office location

3. Once you’ve added the place ID successfully, go to the Google Reviews widget on the dashboard.

Get Review

There are two ways to request reviews from clients.
1. Via automation email – Need to set up automation and system will automatically send an email to every client who is added to the agency in last x days.
2. You can manually fill a form with client information to send them the survey.

Currently we have released only manual way for client Pulse.

  1. Click on the Get Google Reviews button.

2. Fill in the necessary details and select the avenue you would like to ask your customers for a review. To help make it easier for you, a list of 5 recently added customers will be available at the bottom of the screen so you don’t have to remember who were the last few people you added.

Here is the template for the email sent to clients for review requests.

You can view your customer’s review by clicking on the Review button from the widget located on your portals dashboard.

Review Dashboard

This tab shows you the analytics:  how many surveys were completed or not completed.  You can click on each section to get a pop screen showing you the breakdown of who hasn’t responded to the survey.

Leader Board Ranking

You can now see your top-ranked agents based on the google reviews your agency has received under the Leaderboard tab.

Resend or Reply Review:

Under the Reviews Tab, you can see all of the reviews by your clients.  All reviews with 3 stars or less, will allow you to Reply to the client and Resend Review.  (Perhaps after addressing their issues, you wish to Resend the Survey for updated feedback.)  You can manage that from here.

Auto Reply for Happy/Unhappy Customer and a notification email for the Agent

We have created auto-replies for both Happy and Unhappy Customers.  You will receive an email notification alerting you about Unhappy Customers – those customers who gave you a 3-star rating or below.  This will give you the opportunity to respond to them directly and resolve any issues needing your attention.

The following emails will be sent according to the review:

NOTE: Google Reviews is now available in English and Spanish!

Auto-redirection to Google reviews!

When the customer rating is 4 to 5 stars and we know, it’s a HAPPY customer, we redirect the review automatically from the Google Review page to the Google business reviews webpage.

Note: For reviews 3 stars or less, client pulse does not redirect the reviews. Only an email is sent to the customer as shown earlier.

Enhancement!- June 2020

List details – Agents and send info

The Client pulse widget is available on the dashboard. In order to boost the monitoring and analyzing review functionality, actionable insight on agents and sending information is added in this release. 

To view the upgrade in  functionality follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Navigate to Google Reviews widget in the Dashboard, by clicking on the number of reviews as shown below:

2. In the Google Reviews Dashboard tab, click on the Reviews. Select the category number you would like to monitor. 

3. The Requested by category refers to the Agent Name and the Date sent is the date of requesting the review as shown below.
