A new enhancement for selecting page size has been introduced in the Accounts, Contacts, and Policies  sections. 

You can now choose how many entries to display per page (e.g., 10, 25, 30).This works across all statuses, including Active,Inactive,Cancelled, and Future.

Use Case: This enhancement ensures a smoother workflow for agents by allowing them to work with their preferred number of entries while still applying filters and actions. It eliminates the inconvenience of resetting the page size after each filter change, maintains an organized view, saves time, and improves efficiency—especially when handling large datasets.

To View the Enhancement (Account):

Navigate to the Accounts.

Note: You can view your data based on the desired status (All, Active, Prospect, Inactive, Leads, and Others).

At the bottom of the page, use the Accounts per page dropdown to select how many entries you want to view (e.g., 5, 10, 25, 30).

After selecting the number, the page will display that many entries.

Use the page numbers and arrows to move between pages while keeping the same number of entries displayed.

Apply filters as needed to refine the displayed data.

View the Enhancement (Contacts):

• Navigate to the Contacts
• Select the desired Status

At the bottom of the Contacts page, use the Contacts per page dropdown to select how many entries you want to view.

After selecting the number, the page will display that many entries.

Use the page numbers and arrows to navigate between pages with the same number of entries.

Apply Filters as needed.

Note:To view the enhancement in Policies, navigate to the Policies page.

All remaining steps—selecting the number of entries per page, navigating pages, and applying filters—are the same as in Accounts and Contacts.

Use Case – Easier to automate personalized text messages from the overall portal. 

Process-

• Navigate to Accounts
•  Click on Account to view Account 360
• Click on the Communications tab and select Text.

• Click on the Arrow button to schedule text.
• Click on the Calendar icon to select the date and time to schedule the text.
• Select the date and time to schedule text and click on Schedule.

• In the Communications Tab, when a clock icon is visible, the text is scheduled
• Scheduled text can also be seen by clicking on the Chat Icon. Scheduled text icons disappear once the text is sent.

• Navigate to Reports and click on the personal data book.

• Click on Group By filter and select Lead Source or Disposition.

• If you select Lead Source you will find the number of contacts for each lead source. If you click on specific lead source count, you will find the contact details mentioned below in the table format.

• If you filter your contacts based on Disposition you will find the number of contacts by disposition. If you click on a specific disposition count, you will find the contact details mentioned below in the table format.

Lead Source filter is also available in the reports under the Personal Data Book Report.

Search tab is also introduced Reports for instant search of any report based on any contact.

In the contact list you can find lead source details. You can also sort your contact list based on lead source.

 

Click on filter and scroll down to lead source and select the leads as required.

If you navigate to account 360 view of any contact, you will get the option to select lead source under table column.

 

 

Once selected will be viewed in the table.

• You can search by Contact, Policy, Account, and Deal Card.

• For Contacts, you can search by the First name, Last Name, Address, Phone, Email, Notes, Tasks, and Files.

• If you are searching by policy, then, in that case, you can have a more specific search by the Policy Number, First name, Last Name, Address, Phone, and Email.

• If you are searching by account, then, in that case, you can have a more specific search by the Account Name, First name, Last Name, Address, Phone, and Email.

• If you are searching by deal card, then, in that case, you can have a more specific search by the Deal Title, First name, Last Name, Address, Phone, Email, Notes, Tasks, and Files.

• And for every search type, be it Contact, Policy, Account, or Deal Card, you can also select the user type: All, Active, Inactive, Prospect, Lead, and Others.
