PL Rater and QuoteRush now added to Forms

Update – Auto and Home quotes templates added to the forms.

Application – Sync options added for PL Rater and QuoteRush to effortlessly reconcile forms with InsuredMine

Process:

Navigate to Forms and click on Templates to find the newly added options

The forms will be reflected in the Forms List. Click on Form Automation to view further options to set up the creation of a deal card.

Once the deal card is created via the form submission, navigate to Pipelines and click on Intake Form to preview

Scroll to the bottom of the form to view the PLR and QR sync buttons

Note:

The form will be auto-synced to PL Rater. For QuoteRush, you will find the option to sync should you need to.

Edit restriction for PL Rating, QuoteRUSH, and TurborRater forms.

Description Edit restrictions are placed on forms created using the PL Rating, QuoteRush, and TurboRater form templates.

Benefit- The new feature of edit restrictions on forms created using PL Rating, QuoteRush, and TurboRater form templates helps prevent unintentional changes or accidental deletion of important information.

Navigation –

Navigate to the Forms module.
Go to the Templates tab. Choose any PL rater, QuoteRush, Turborater, or HS contact form template. Click on three dots and select Edit.

Create the form by the requirements, and select Save.
Click on save after entering the form\’s name.

Go to the Forms list.
Under the Action column, the edit sign will be visible. If you click the edit button, the popup will show that ‘You only have read access.’

Create Contact through Form Mapping to HawkSoft

Now you can upload contacts to your HawkSoft account through CMSMTF File. These CMSMTF Files can be downloaded on the basis of the InsuredMine Form that you will be using to retrieve the contact details of the customer.

Note: This feature is for HawkSoft only.To access this feature, you MUST have a Hawksoft and InsuredMine agent portal in a similar system.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to Forms
Select any predefined template
Click on the 3 dots icon
Select Form Automation

Click on Create CMSMTF File
Slide the button to orange to enable the file creation feature.
You will need to fill the form fields from which the data will be mapped
Click on Save

Once the form is saved, you can send this to your client through any mode of communication

Once the form is submitted, you can view all the responses by clicking on the View tab.
Click on the View button to preview the submitted data

In the submitted form preview, you will have the Download Accord XML button

When you click on this button, you will get a CMSMTF File which you can drag and drop into your HawkSoft portal. This will create a contact with the information mentioned in the form.
