In this article, you will learn:

Client Portal dashboard gives a complete picture of the insurance policies that the client has. There are various analytics and lists that will help clients to manage their policies better.

On the top of the dashboard, you will have consolidated details consisting of:

  • Total policies
  • Policies that are going to expire in the next 12 months
  • The total number of documents that are uploaded
  • Profile completion percentage
Each section is clickable except for expirations. Clicking on the number will take you to the respective page.

Policies

Client Portal can be accessed by the insured. Customers who have any insurance policy from the agent can have access to the Client Portal to manage their policies.

Documents:

If you click on Documents it will take you to the page where you can find the complete list of documents. You can slide the button to select documents or cards. You can also perform the following actions: Download, and Share.

Profile

If you click on profile, it will take you to the profile page, where you can add or edit profile details such as Profile picture, name, email id, phone, date of birth, address, emergency contact number.
In the other details section, you can add details of your house, vehicle, assets, work, education, family, and pet.
Total Policies

Next, you will find a list of total policies. You can click on view all to view the complete list of policies.

You can click on any policy to view the complete details of that particular policy.

Annual Expiration

This pie chart will show how many policies are going to expire in the next 12 months.

My Agent

You will get the details of your agent from the agency that is coordinating with you.

Monthly Expiration

In the monthly expiration bar graph, you can find the details of policies that are going to expire in the next 12 months. It will show the number of policies too.

Policy Documents

Here you can view all the documents related to policies that are uploaded. There is also a sliding button on the top right corner, to view the documents. You can click on the document to view it.

My Tasklist

In this section you can view your tasks that you have already added. You can also add or delete the tasks from the tasklist.

Notifications

You can view the notification from two places. One from the dashboard and another by clicking the bell icon from the top right.

How to download Client portal mobile application?

On the top right corner of the dashboard, you can find links for downloading the mobile app for Android and IOS. Click on the link will take you to playstore to download the mobile application.

Who can access Client Portal?

Client Portal can be accessed by the insured. Customers who have any insurance policy from the agent can have access to the Client Portal to manage their policies.

How to access Client Portal?

Agents can share the link of their public profile with their clients, and from there they can access the Client portal.

How to sign up?

  • Click on the client portal to navigate to the signup page.
  • Click on sign up
  • Once you click on register, you will get a verification email id, in the email id that you have provided. 

Note: The Client needs to have an account in the agency. The email id needs to be the same as the agent has put while uploading your contact.

How to sign in?

Once you register, go back to the login page, to sign in. Put your email address and password to sign in.

How to reset your password?

  • Click on the forgot password.
  • You will receive a password reset link on your registered email id.
  • Click on the link to reset the password.
