If any deal card gets canceled for any reason, through cancellation pipeline automation you can reassign these cards to any agents of your choice.

How to set Cancellation Pipeline Automation?

• Navigate to Pipelines

• Click on action icon (3 dots) and select settings

• Scroll down and select Cancellation Pipeline

• Move the toggle bar as ‘on’ to enable the Cancellation Automation

• Set default pipeline and stage for cancelled policy

• Select Agent who can get all the cancellation cards

• Select either shared or private board where the canceled cards will be created.

• Set the pipeline. You can customize the pipeline and stage as per insurance type. Or you can also choose the default pipeline that you have already set before.
