If you want to create a new task based on the contact details of the existing task that you’re marking as done, you can do it by enabling the open add task popup. Or even you can add a completely new task too.

To view the enhancement:

  • Navigate to the gear icon in the tasklist module to select settings.
  • Enable the toggle bar to open Add Task Popup when the task is marked as done.
  • Select the task from the task list that you want to mark as Done.
  • A popup window will open to add a new task.
  • Add the task details or you can even make changes in the pre-filled fields based on the existing task.
  • Click on save
  • A new task will be created.
