]]> Now you can trigger workflow automation for Life and Other type policies based on their anniversary date as these policies do not have an expiration date.

Note: For Personal and Commercial policies, workflow automation can be set based on the expiration date. The anniversary date is applicable for Life and Other types of policies only.

 

To view the enhancement:

  • Navigate to Engagements.
  • Click on Create under Automation.
  • Click on Customize under Custom Automation.
  • Select the Policy Anniversary Date under workflow type.

  • Fill in the other fields as required.

  • Mention how many days before the policy anniversary you want to trigger the automation.

  • Click to begin.
