Admin can now customize the timing of daily report sent to their agents. This allows admin, managers and agents to get the whole day’s report after they finish their business for the day to better analyze daily performance and keep track of agency sales. That is why we have provided you with the option to select the time when you want to view the report. 

 

Note : Time is listed in CST only.

To view the enhancement:

  • Navigate to Pipeline Manager

  • Click on 3 dots (action) and select settings

  • Click notification settings

  • Enable the daily/weekly/monthly recap notification

  • Click to select the daily report timing which is available in CST format.

  • Select the agents who will be receiving the report in the set time.

 

Note: After selecting the time, it is best to update the agent who will be receiving the reports.

]]> A scheduled report will help you to get notified via email whenever a report will run at the scheduled time you have set for. 

You can schedule reports you save from the Book of Business and Personal Data Book reports. Once you save the reports from BOB and PDB you will find the reports under the Saved Reports section. From there you can schedule it. You can schedule it on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

So whatever time you will schedule for example if you schedule the report to run at 10 am daily, the run time will get added and you will get a mail at that time saying that you have scheduled a report at 10 AM.

In case you save it monthly, then every month at the set time, the report will get scheduled.

Based on the scheduled report run time the latest data till that time will be added to the report and thus you can download the updated report. The Agent will receive an email notification when the scheduled report runs.
