In this article, you will learn:

Deal Health Report will allow agents and admin to have an analytical view of the deals won, lost, or in the process based on the deal health- Hot, Warm, Cold.

How to view the Deal Health Report?

  • Navigate to Pipeline Manager
  • Click on Settings
  • Click on the deal chart option to view the deal report section
  • Scroll down to view the deal report by health
There are the following filters: All, Won, Lost, and In Process The default period will be for the last 30 days from the current date. Click on the dates to change them as per the requirement.
  • The pie chart will demonstrate the deals in the 3 segments based on deal health- hot, warm, and cold. And each section is clickable.
  • Clicking on each segment will display the list of all the deal cards related to that particular deal health in a separate window.
  • You can download the report by clicking on the download button [↓] provided on the top right of that specific deal health status.

In the report list:

You can have a look into the selected deal card by clicking on the deal name

If the user clicks on the lead name, it will take him to the contact 360 section of that particular lead.

You can also see the agent name associated with the deal along with several other data points..

In this article, you will learn:

Problem: Sometimes journey of a card does not end with winning/losing a deal. It continues to next Pipeline eg – Onboarding, Assessments, Review etc.
In such situation you may want to move the won deal cards to next Pipeline but that may not be the best solution as the count of card will be 1 less in the Sales Won data.
To solve that problem – We are introducing Copy Card. i.e. Instead of moving the card to the next pipeline you are copying the card for the next pipeline and leaving the original here so the won/loss count is not disturbed.

Copy Deal card to another pipeline stage

Follow the steps mentioned below to copy the card from one pipeline to another:
  1. Click Pipeline manager from left navigation.
2. Click the action icon (3 dots) on the deal card you want to copy. 3. Select Copy / Move Card from the list that appears.
4. In the Copy/move Card to another pipeline that appears to the right, Select the board and stage from the respective drop-down for card destination. 5. Click update
The field categories that are duplicated while copying the deal card are listed below:
  1. Card Description
  2. Checklists
  3. Assigned agents
  4. Policy data
  5. Timeline data
  6. Due date
  7. Assigned drips
  8. Labels
  9. Intake forms
  10. Custom quote

Copy Deal card without the Events data

Problem: When copying a deal card to another pipeline, all the events of the card also are copied and are reflected on the new copy of the card.

Solution: When copying the deal card the original events of the deal card will not initially appear. Instead, there will be a link to the original deal card with the original Events Data.

Move a deal card to another pipeline?

Moving a deal card to another pipeline involves shifting the entire details to another pipeline unlike the copy function where specific entities are duplicated to another card. Follow the steps mentioned below to move deal card from one pipeline to another:

  1. Navigate to Pipeline Manager
  2. Click the 3 dots on the deal card you want to move.
  3. Select Copy / Move Card from the list that appears.
  4. On the Copy/Move Card to another pipeline screen, click Copy Toggle button to switch to Move option. Select the board and stage for card destination and click Update.

The first 3 steps to Move deal card are same as Copy deal card.

Copy card and Move card are two distinct functionalities. Copy card enables you to create a duplicate copy of the pipeline card for a specific pipeline board and stage. Whereas, Move card simply changes the card position from its current pipeline stage to the destination card Pipeline Board and stage that is selected in the screen shown above.
