Overview

We have introduced separate Tasks and Notes tabs in Account360. This enhancement provides better visibility into account-related activities by displaying tasks and notes associated with contacts under the account.

Use Case: This enhancement helps users easily track interactions and follow-ups for individual contacts, while shared files, policies, and deals remain accessible to all contacts associated with the account. This improves collaboration and simplifies account management.

If an account has multiple contacts, and a policy or deal is added to that account, it will be available for all the contacts. But if any task or notes is added for any contact under that account, then the task and notes will be available for that specific contact only. And the files will be available for all contacts under that account.
