Previously, when generating a deal card through form automation, the system automatically generated a label based on the default pipeline, reflecting the information present on the deal card. Now, users can manually select and link the label with specific form fields.

  • Navigate to the Forms module.
  • Select a form, then click on the “Action” button.
  • Choose “Form Automation” from the dropdown menu.
  • Now, while creating deal cards, users have the option to map labels with specific form fields:
  • Include relevant data during the form creation process, and it will be displayed as a custom label on the deal card.
  • The label will then be displayed for the respective deal card.

Previously, when creating a deal card using form automation, the system automatically assigned a category based on the default pipeline. This category simply mirrored the information on the deal card. Now, users can manually choose and link the category with specific form fields.

  • Go to the Forms module.
  • Select a form and click on the “Action” button.
  • Choose “Form Automation” from the dropdown menu.
  • Now, when creating deal cards, you can link deal categories with form fields.
  • Simply include any relevant data as a category within the form, and it will be displayed on the deal card.
  • This allows you to see the deal category directly on the respective deal card, making it easier to organize and track deals.

Description: Any response to forms made with the Turborater auto-form template can be synced with the Turborater CRM, and you can view the responses there. 

Benefit: Centralized data ensures a productive structure for you while using the Turborater.

Process 

  • Navigate to the Forms module. Click on Templates.
  • Navigate to Auto Quote Form – Turborater (TX & CA). Click on the three dots and click on Edit.

 

  • Make required changes to the form and click on Save.  
  • Go to the Forms List page to view the form.

 

  • You can view the answers. The form response can be seen by clicking on the View button. The number of responses entered for a particular form will be displayed.

 

  • Scroll down to the end to click on Sync to Turborater.

 

 

  • A message will appear once the response synced is finished.
  • Click on Go to turborater. Enter login details to view the synced responses.

In this article you will learn:

Process to delete a form

To delete an existing Form follow the steps mentioned below:
  • Navigate to Forms
  • Click the form list
  • Select the form template that you want to delete.
  • Navigate right to select the delete icon
  • Click on the delete icon.

You will get a warning message if you are sure to delete the form. Click ‘yes’ to delete it.

Multiple Delete in Forms

In the form list section, you select multiple forms and click on the delete icon on the top.

On confirming your action, the selected forms will be deleted.

You will get a notification for successful completion.

‘Contact Us’ form plays an important role in collecting contact information from your leads. This form helps in converting your website visitors to your customers by providing them with a place where they can easily fill out their contact details. 

A new pre-built form template has been added in the form builder section. You can also edit the fields as needed. To edit click on the 3-dot icon.

  • You can edit, move, copy and remove any fields in the form
