Whenever you will have an incoming call, you will have a screen pop for the call. In case there are multiple contacts saved with the same number, all the contacts will be displayed, you can click on the arrow sign to navigate to the contact 360 of the particular contact.

Once you receive the call, the selected contact name will be displayed along with the number and the call timer.

Also note, if you are working on any module, you will have this incoming call screen pop whenever you will have an incoming call.
