You can merge multiple deal cards into one from the same Pipeline. You need to select any one deal card as the master card, where all the quotes of the other deal card details will get merged. The deal card that has been merged will get archived. You will get the link to the master deal card in the archived card.

To view the enhancement:

  • Navigate to Pipeline Manager

  • Select the pipeline

  • Select the deal cards that you want to merge

  • Click on merge at the top of the screen.

  • Select the master deal card to merge the deals of the other card.

  • Click on merge.

  • Confirm your action to merge the deal card.

  • You will get a confirmation message saying: Deals merged successfully.

  • Now, the quotes of the other deal card will also get visible in the master deal card.

To view the archived deal card:

  • Navigate to 3 dots (action tab) and click on the archived list

  • Click on the card you have archived

  • Navigate to the timeline

  • You will find the link of the merged card with which the card has been archived
