Manual Sync of Activities in AMS360

Now you can sync the activities of contact with AMS 360. The sync option can be either manual or automatic.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to settings
Click AMS360 sync fields
By default, the auto will be selected, but agents/admin can change it to manual.

So, if the manual sync option is selected then any activities performed related to notes, SMS, email, task, files, and activity, then the sync option will be available under the action tab (3 dots). To sync the activity agents need to click the sync button.

Note: The sync option will be available if the contact is synced with AMS360.

For example, if you want to sync an email, then once you click on the sync option, you will get the option to select the activity and the select policy. But the activity and policy are optional, it’s not mandatory. These two sync fields that are activity and policy will be available while syncing notes, SMS, email, task, and files.

But for activities the sync fields are different, and the contact name is mandatory.

Saved files uploaded in notes available under Files

If you save a file in the notes section under the deal card, the file attached will also be available to view under the File section. This is applicable throughout the portal in accounts, policies, and contacts. In addition, the added notes with attachments will sync with the respective AMS as well.

Add Call log in Call section in Communication Page

If the agent is having a call with a client through their personal phone or any other medium, they can save the notes based on their communication under the Add Call Log section.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to Contacts
Click on a Contact to view the Contact360
Navigate to Communications
Click on Calls
Click on Add Call Log

You may write your notes in the call log
Click on Save

You will get a notification saying the call log has been saved
The details of the note will be visible in the Call section.

The Add Call log section can be viewed in Account 360, Contact 360, and pipeline. Added log information for incoming and outgoing call log can be viewed with time and date with Agent name information in it.

Notes Edit/Delete Logs in Contact360 Logs

Now in the log section under contact 360, you can get the details of the notes that are edited or deleted.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to Contact 360 of any contact.
Click on notes
Edit or delete any notes
Navigate to the logs section.
You will find all the details of deleted or edited notes.

Notes with Files in Contact360 and Pipeline Card

Now agents/CSR can add notes along with attachments in the deal card or Contact 360.

To view the enhancement in Pipeline

Navigate to Pipelines
Click on a deal card to open
Click on the notes icon to add a note

You will get a success notification saying: New note added successfully.
In the notes section, you will find the note added along with the attachment.
Click to preview the attachment

Pinned Notes in Contacts and Accounts

You can now pin and unpin your notes in the contact 360 and the account 360 section. Once you pin the notes, they will appear on the top.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to account 360 or contact 360 of any contact.
Navigate to the notes section.
Click to add notes.
Click on the pin icon to pin it on top.

It will get pinned on the top

Click on the 3 dots icon, you will get option to unpin or minimize.

Once minimized you will also get the option to maximize.

Link in Notes Timeline

Now you can add the Notes by Mentioned Links as given below:

1. Now you can mention “@” and add the agent’s name. The particular agent will receive an email with the notification added in notes. You can mention the agent in the comments by using “@” followed by the agent’s name. The mentioned agent(s) will get a notification about the comment. You can add multiple agents followed by “@.”

2. Similarly, when you type “#,” the policy number will display and from the drop-down menu, you can select policy number. You can mention the policy number in comments by using “#” followed by the policy’s number. The mentioned policy/policies will get hyperlinked to the policy detail page.

The verification, given policy number will be in hyperlink and the link will redirect to the policy number page .

The received email will display the policy number and when you click on the hyperlink, it will redirect to the policy number page.

3. Additionally, when you type a contact name, all the names will display for that particular contact. Select the name from the drop-down and you will receive a hyperlink for the selected contact. You can mention contacts in comments by using “*” followed by the contacts’ names. The mentioned contact(s) will get a hyperlink to the contact detail page

The agent will receive a notification email with the links of policy, contact, and account mentioned in the notes. If the agent clicks on the contact name in the email, it will redirect them to the contact 360 page.
