Description: You can now set renewal automation based on each department.

Benefit: More flexibility to create renewal automation.

Navigation

  • Navigate to the Pipeline module.
  • Access the Three dots in the top right corner. Select Pipeline Settings.
  • Scroll down to select the Renewal Pipeline.
  • Toggle on \”Do you want to enable renewable automation?”.
  • Select by Department.
  • Scroll down to make the necessary changes for your renewal automation and click Save Settings.

While setting up a policy, you will need to input the expiry date and renewal date for when the policy will get renewed. Therefore, when the policy renews, automation can be set up for that renewed policy. 

 

Note: This feature is applicable for HawkSoft only

 

To view the enhancement:

  • Navigate to Engagements

  • Click on Create under Automation

  • Select Customize under Renewed Policy

  • Select the workflow mode, client list, and policy category

  • Select after how many days you want the workflow to trigger

  • Click on Begin to start the workflow

]]> Description – Restrict specific policy categories during renewal automation

Use Case – Renewal Automation that makes it easier if agents do not want to create renewal cards for specific categories.

Process:

  • Navigate to Pipelines and choose Action.

  • Choose Pipeline Setting.

  • Click on Renewal Pipeline
  • Select the Yes/No toggle under Restrict policies of particular categories from renewal automation

Note: If you choose yes, renewal cards under policies will not be created for the categories that are selected and vice versa.
