The view response enables you to quickly access the record entities filled by the users on your forms. A click on the view button displays the entire list of responses related to the specific form. You do not need to navigate to a different module to see the information needed to do your work.

Steps to view response:

  • Navigate to the Form module
  • Click on the Forms List
  • Click View under the View Response column for a particular form
  • A panel from the right will open where you can find the entire list of who has responded to the form. To download the list click on download CSV.
  • Click on the view button to view the form and access all the details of Form response entries.
  • To download the form click on download PDF.
