Use case – Easier to view contacts mapped to the sender’s and receivers’ emails.

Process:

• Navigate to Work Email
• Click on the View Contacts icon next to any listed email.

• The list of contacts will appear in the right pane.

Use Case – Contacts, and Deal cards are prepopulated to the work email module for easy access.

Process:

• Navigate to the Work Email to choose any mail and click on Expand.

• Scroll down to see the linked pipeline cards and linked contact section.
• All the linked deal cards and contact will be visible in these sections for the recipients present in the email chain. 

• You may use the Smart Search option to search recipients. Choose Select search type, Select search by and click on Search.
• The linked deal cards and contact will be displayed.

Note: The search query for the logged in agent details will not be visible. All other participants’ details will be visible.
