Activities widget on dashboard

Activities Widget can be accessed by Admin and Agents. This widget helps you to have a detailed view of your activities.

Activity Widget for Admin

What all admin can view through the Activity Widget?

  • Notes– Notes sent to the admin by agents.
  • Files- Files sent by the agents.
  • Emails- Emails sent by agents
  • Texts- Text messages sent by  agents
  • Tasks- Tasks allocated for and to  agents
  • Calls- Incoming or Outgoing call details

How to see the Activity Widget?

  • Navigate to Dashboard .
  • Scroll down to look for activity overview (activity widget) .
  • Set the dates by clicking the date tab.
  • Click on Apply button .

If an agent sends any notes to the admin, then it will reflect on the notes section. The number of each section increases with any new entry.

How to have a detailed view of the notes?

  • Click on the total number displayed
  • A pop up  will open from the right.
  • A table with the agent’s name and number of notes sent by him.
  • Click on the notes count.
  • Another table will be displayed with a view icon, user name, date on which note is created.
  • Navigate the cursor to the view icon
  • The note will get displayed.

How to have a detailed view of the files?

  • Click on the total number displayed.
  • A pop up  will open from the right.
  •       A table with the agent’s name and number of files sent by him.
  •     Click on the files count.
  • Another table will be displayed with the file images, name of user, date on which the file is added.
  •  Navigate the cursor to the file images
  • Click on it to have an enlarged view of the file.
  • The note will get displayed.

How to have a detailed view of the emails?

  • Click on the total number displayed.
  •   A window will open from the right
  •   A table with the agent’s name and number of emails sent by him.
  • Click on the email count.
  • Another table will be displayed with a view icon, the name of the user, date on which email is sent.
  • Navigate the cursor to the view icon.
  • The email will get displayed.

How to have a detailed view of the text messages?

  • Click on the total number displayed.
  • A window will open from the right
  • A table with the agent’s name and number of text messages sent by him.
  • Click on the text count .
  • Another table will be displayed with a view icon, name of user, date on which text is sent.
  • Navigate the cursor to the view icon.
  • The text will get displayed.

How to have a detailed view of the tasks?

  • Click on the total number displayed.
  • A window will open from the right
  •  A table with the agent’s name and number of tasks assigned.
  • Click on the text count .
  • Another table will be displayed with a view icon, Task Title, User, Priority, Assignee and Completed Date.
  • Navigate the cursor to the view icon.
  • The task details will get displayed.

How to have a detailed view of the calls?

  • Click on the total number displayed.
  • A window will open from the right
  • A table with the agent’s name and number of calls.
  • Click on the call count .
  • Another table will be displayed with a call details-Date, Direction, From whom, To whom (admin contact), User, Status, Recording, Duration.
  • Click on the play icon to hear the call recording.

Activity Widget for Agents

Agents will be able to see their own activities as well as activities of other team agents.

To view an agent’s private activities, he has to slide the button to private.

To view team activities, he has to slide the button to the team.

What all agents can view through the Activity Widget?

  • Notes– Notes sent to the agent by agents
  • Files- Files send by the agents
  • Emails- Emails from agents
  • Texts- Text messages from agents
  • Tasks- Tasks allocated by agents
  • Calls- Incoming or Outgoing call details

How to see the Activity Widget?

  • Navigate to Dashboard.
  • Scroll down to look for activity overview (activity widget).
  • Set the dates by clicking the date tab.
  • Click on Apply button.
