While creating a new member, admin can select and allow the agents to import certain content. Agents can only import the selected workflow automation, labels/checklists/forms/templates, and add to the google review option to the newly added agent.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to Settings
Click on Users
Click to Add Member
Now, while creating a new member, after you have filled in the basic details of the agent, you will get the option to select the items for Workflows, Tags, Checklist, Custom Forms, and Templates.
Once completed, click on Add Member.
Now, if the new member logs into the Insuredmine portal he/she will have access to all the selected templates that the Admin has shared.
