New Feature Highlights

You can now make calls directly through IM portal which will save a recording of the call for future reference.

InsuredMine provides many useful templates for you to use, but now you can build your own professional looking and responsive email templates without any HTML skills!

You can now perform activities on multiple contacts at one go with the multiple select feature.

Enhancements

Power your business with social proof — let your happy customers digitally endorse you while you improve customer experience and online reputation.

You can now customize and automate your workflows to keep your clients engaged at various milestones within your process.  Set up your workflows and you will have one less thing to worry about.

Pipeline Manager allows you to create multiple pipelines for your lines of business and NOW you can easily move a dealcard from one DealBoard to another.

You can now send your automation and emails to yourself to preview before sending to a client to ensure it looks the way you want.

Sometimes words are not enough.  You can now add videos and graphics to your emails!

You can now add a deal or policy from the Directory Module and from Account 360.

You can now delete a policy that you do not want in your InsuredMine Portal.
