The admin can revoke bulk action features in Pipeline, Contact, and Tasklist for any specific agent or all agents. To grant or revoke bulk action access, you can slide the toggle bar for each agent left or right.

 

If you want to revoke bulk action access for all agents, slide the topmost toggle bar to the left.

 

 

After restriction, the respective agent would not be able to perform any action based on multiple selections:

 

In contacts:

If the agent is restricted from performing bulk action, he/she will not be allowed to do the following:

 

 

In Tasklist:

 

If the agent is restricted from performing bulk action, he/she will not be allowed to do the following:

 

In Pipelines:

If restricted, agents will not be able to view multiple selections, ability to move the deal cards to another stage, or option to archive.
