Admins can only set the duration for which a deal card remains inactive before receiving notifications. This feature enables admins to oversee deal cards and assess agent performance effectively.

Note: Agents will also have visibility into cards inactivity, denoted by red highlighting within the pipeline module.

To view the enhancement:

• Navigate to Pipelines module.
• Click on Edit Pipelines.

• From the Pipeline Stages, define the days of Inactivity.
• Click on Update & Continue. 

After updating the inactive days, the system will display a message at the end confirming that the settings have been successfully updated.

• You will be able to view the deal card as “inactive” from the pipeline’s module.

Note: If there is no activity within the given day, then it will be marked as “Inactive”. Both the agent and admin will be able to see the date since when the card has been inactive.

To view the enhancement:

• Navigate to Pipelines
• Click on create a new pipeline or edit the pipeline

• Navigate to Pipeline Stages

• Enter the number of inactive days for each stage
• Click on Update & Continue

• So, based on the inactive days mentioned, pipeline cards will appear in a different color, as in the image below, for each stage if there is no activity on that deal card in that stage in the set duration.
