You can now select the options for “Do not contact” even while adding an account. 

To view the enhancement:

• Navigate to Accounts 

• Click on the account to view the account details

• On the left panel, you will find the option to unsubscribe 

• Here, you will get the option do not contact , select the opt out – call option

You can also find the “Do not contact” data in the account table.

 

  

Note: Automation will not be triggered if a certain mode of contact is unsubscribed. However, direct email or text will still be triggered.
