You can now select the options for “Do not contact” even while adding an account.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to Accounts
Click on the account to view the account details
On the left panel, you will find the option to unsubscribe
Here, you will get the option do not contact , select the opt out – call option
You can also find the “Do not contact” data in the account table.
Note: Automation will not be triggered if a certain mode of contact is unsubscribed. However, direct email or text will still be triggered.
