PL Rater and QuoteRush now added to Forms

Update – Auto and Home quotes templates added to the forms.

Application – Sync options added for PL Rater and QuoteRush to effortlessly reconcile forms with InsuredMine

Process:

Navigate to Forms and click on Templates to find the newly added options

The forms will be reflected in the Forms List. Click on Form Automation to view further options to set up the creation of a deal card.

Once the deal card is created via the form submission, navigate to Pipelines and click on Intake Form to preview

Scroll to the bottom of the form to view the PLR and QR sync buttons

Note:

The form will be auto-synced to PL Rater. For QuoteRush, you will find the option to sync should you need to.

New fields in Form Automation

In Form Automation, new fields have been introduced: Lead Source, Contact Status, Deal Type, Select Multiple Agents. In the email notification section, you can now add multiple agents in Email Notification who will receive the notification.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to Forms
Click on three dots under the action section
Select Form Automation
Click on Pipeline Setting

In the pipeline settings, if you select the lead source, the mapping fields will be disabled. If you remove the lead source, the lead source mapping section will be enabled.

Similarly for contact status: if you select the contact status, then the mapping fields for contact will be disabled.

Deal Title and Full Name fields have been made mandatory in pipeline settings under From Automation.

X Date field in form automation

Update – X Date added as an option under the pipeline setting of forms
Use case – Auto-populates X Date information in Contacts/Accounts

Process:

Navigate to Forms and click on Form Automation

Scroll down to the X Date section to view the categories chosen.

You may also add other categories from this space.

Proceed to send out the form to the client. Once they respond to the form, a deal card will automatically be created under the pipeline.

The X Date categories are auto-populated into the linked account.

Note – The XDate categories will be visible under the Accounts and Contacts.

Deal Category Mapping in Form Automation

You can map the deal category while setting up form automation. So, all the categories that are mentioned while setting form automation will be mapped into the deal card.
