A comprehensive report detailing agent logins, actions, views, and time spent by each agent can be viewed.

Use Case: Enables admin to monitor agent productivity and optimize workforce management.

To View the Enhancement:

  • Navigate to the Reports module.
  • Then, click on Agents Usage.
  • The report will list all agents with their activity for 1 day ago by default. You will find the information below:
  • Number of login sessions.
  • Total actions.
  • Total views.
  • Time Spent(in Mins).
  • You may search for an agent’s usage data through the search bar.
  • Filter out data for any time period using the drop-down.
  • Download the report into an Excel format.
