Update – Agency usage report added to the Admin’s Settings module
Use case – Admins can now monitor a report of agent login and activity report.
Process:
- Navigate to Settings and click on Agent Usage
- The report will list all agents with their activity for 1 day ago by default. You will find the information below:
- Number of login sessions
- Total actions
- Total views
- Time spent in the CRM
Note:
- You may search for an agent’s usage data through the search bar
- Filter out data for any time period using the drop-down
- Download the report into an excel format
