Multiple Intake Forms in Deal Card

This feature will help agents to set and send multiple intake forms to the contact of a deal card. You need to gather information regarding personal deals, commercial deals, or you have any custom form that you want to send your client to fetch some important information, you can easily do it now!

How can you add multiple intake forms to one deal card?

Navigate to Pipelines
Click on the deal card to open

Scroll down and click on the intake form
Click on the import intake form

Select the category
Select the forms that you want to import
Click on the import intake form

Confirm your action by clicking on yes
You will get a success notification

To add more intake form, click on add beside intake form, and in the similar way as mentioned select the categories and add forms.

All the intake forms will be visible under the Intake form section. You can preview, send and edit each intake form individually.

You can import multiple custom forms as well.

When you will be creating a deal or contact from a public quote sheet or public form, it will create an intake form under the deal card which you can add under multiple intake forms.

If you navigate to the contact 360 of the deal card. There too, under the intake form section, you can preview the multiple intake forms added.
