Sorting by Created Date in Activity Reports

We have introduced a new enhancement under the Reports → Activity Reports section. You can now view the contact creation date within the selected date range. Sorting by Created Date has also been added, allowing easy ascending and descending sorting in the Activity Reports module.

Use Case: This enhancement allows users to easily track and analyze when contacts were created, along with other activities within a specific date range. By default, it displays the latest created activity at the top. This helps in monitoring and verifying activity trends during the selected period.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to Reports.
Click on Activity Reports.

You will be redirected to the Activity Reports page.
As shown below, from the All to Calls view, you can see the data within your preferred date range and the individual Activity reports.
To view the data for Notes, click on the Notes number (e.g., 33).

As shown below, you can view the Notes data along with the Created Date within your selected date range.
The system displays the latest activity date by default.
You can sort the Created Date column in ascending or descending order based on your preference.

Reports -Activity Reports-Option to Schedule and download enhanced

We have introduced a new enhancement in the Reports Module – Activity Section, called the Saved Report Enhancement. With this update, when agents click on the analysis number for different client activities such as Notes,Emails,and more they now have the option to save the report and view it later in the Saved Reports section for future reference.

Use Case: Suppose an agent wants to review client activity, such as the number of emails exchanged or notes added. Earlier, the agent could only view the numbers directly in the Activity section. With the Saved Report Enhancement, the agent can now generate a detailed report by clicking on the analysis number.

This helps agents save time, revisit reports easily, and maintain better records for client engagement tracking.

To View the Enhancement:

Navigate to Reports.
From the dropdown, click on Activity Reports.

You will be redirected to the Activity Reports page.

Click on the number under the preferred Agent Name in the desired section (Notes, Files, etc.).

After clicking, you will see the detailed view of that Activity Reports (e.g., files).

Click on Save Report.

A pop-up window will appear.

Fill in the Required Details
Click Save

A success pop-up will appear, and you will also receive the report via email.

You can also view the saved report under the Saved Reports section, where you have the options to Select runtime, Download, Share, Schedule, Run, or Delete the report (as shown below).

Overall activities analytics

This enhancement is in the reporting system, specifically in the Activity Reports section. With this latest update, we have introduced the “All” option. Previously, users had to navigate through separate tabs for Notes, Files, Emails, Calendar events, Texts, Tasks, Calls, and eSignatures to access specific information. With the introduction of the “All” option, you can now conveniently access all these details in one unified tab.

Navigation:

To access this feature, first, navigate to the reports section.
Then, click on “Activity Reports” to explore the comprehensive “All” tab.

Activities in Reports

In the report section, the Activity Reports tab is introduced.

The Reports for the following activities will be available: Notes, Files, Emails, Calendar Events, Texts, Tasks, and Calls.

By default, a 30 days filter will be applied. You can change as required.

And in the activities section, Notes will be shown by default. The notes will be displayed along with the Agent’s name. Once you click on the number, the Contact details and Notes details will be displayed below. Click to have a further view of the Notes or the Contact. You can sort the Notes based on the number.

If you click on Files, you get the table view for all the files along with Contact details.

If you click on the Emails tab, you can view the total emails sent by each agent for their contacts. The table view represents the subject line, email address, contact name and send details.

In the Calendar Event section, you will get the details of calendar events scheduled for the agents. You click on the event count to view the details for the event for each client, details of the event, Scheduled time, etc.

If you click on the Texts tab, you will find the agent details sending the total number of text messages. To view, the details of the text messages click on the number to view the message, sent number and sent time.

The Tasks tab will represent the total tasks performed by each agent. Clicking on task count will display the task details- task title, Contact, Priority, Assignee, and Completed Date.

Click on the calls tab to get the details of calls performed by the agent. Clicking on the count will display a detailed report including Date, Direction, Called From, Called To, Contact, Status, Call Recording, and Call Duration.
