By default, a 30 days filter will be applied. You can change as required.
And in the activities section, Notes will be shown by default. The notes will be displayed along with the Agent’s name. Once you click on the number, the Contact details and Notes details will be displayed below. Click to have a further view of the Notes or the Contact. You can sort the Notes based on the number.
If you click on Files, you get the table view for all the files along with Contact details.
If you click on the Emails tab, you can view the total emails sent by each agent for their contacts. The table view represents the subject line, email address, contact name and send details.
In the Calendar Event section, you will get the details of calendar events scheduled for the agents. You click on the event count to view the details for the event for each client, details of the event, Scheduled time, etc.
If you click on the Texts tab, you will find the agent details sending the total number of text messages. To view, the details of the text messages click on the number to view the message, sent number and sent time.
The Tasks tab will represent the total tasks performed by each agent. Clicking on task count will display the task details- task title, Contact, Priority, Assignee, and Completed Date.
Click on the calls tab to get the details of calls performed by the agent. Clicking on the count will display a detailed report including Date, Direction, Called From, Called To, Contact, Status, Call Recording, and Call Duration.
