Release Date: March 1, 2025​

With our latest enhancement, you can now filter tasks by their completion date. This makes it easier to find and track completed tasks quickly.

Use Case: Allows users to review tasks finished within a specific timeframe. Whether for tracking productivity or verifying completed work, this filter makes task management more efficient.

To View the Enhancement:
  • Navigate to the Tasklist Module.
  • Next, click on the ‘Filters’ option.
  • A minimized panel will appear, displaying all available filters.
  • Select the ‘Completed Date’ filter to add and view tasks based on their completion date.
  • Then, click Apply.
  • Once you apply the filter, tasks completed on the selected date will be displayed.

Now, we have a dedicated search field for assigning an agent within the Deal card view and Task list.

Use Case: Now, with a dedicated search field for assigning agents within the Deal card view and Task list, users can swiftly locate and assign the most suitable agents, streamlining task management and enhancing efficiency.

To View the Enhancement:

  • Navigate to the Pipelines Module.
  • Then, select any deal card.
  • Click on the ‘+’ icon to assign an Agent.
  • Randomly search and assign an agent from the provided search bar below within the deal card view.
  • Hit save.

TaskList:

  • Navigate to the Tasklist module.
  • Select a Task title.
  • Click on ‘+’ icon to assign an agent.
  • Now, Randomly search and assign any agent from the provided search bar below within the Task list.

Update – Tasks will now display contact information linked to any task
Use case – Easier to view and communicate with the contact.

Process   

  • Navigate to Account 360
  • Click on the Tasks tab, and choose the Task name

  • Contact Info (Email, Phone, Address) will be displayed on the right panel of the screen. In this section, you will find the following:
    • Contact information with the options to Call, send an Email/SMS
    • Add notes to the contact
    • Add File and Activity to the contact
    • Add a deal card and view deals linked to it
    • View the number of policies linked to contact

Note: You may view the contact information pane from any screen that displays tasks.

  • Contact 360

  • Pipeline

  • Activity dashboard

  • Tasklist

This enhancement is done for easy reference. Whenever you edit any task, all the edits will be logged under the activity section in the edit task page.

 

To view the enhancement:

  • Navigate to Contact 360 of a contact

  • Click on Task section

  • Click to add task

  • Once the task is added, mark it as done.

  • Once marked done, click on 3 icon tab and click on edit.

  • Make edits as required.

  • Once the edits are done, you will find all the changes made are mentioned in the activity log below.
