How to Log in?

 

InsuredMine CRM mobile application is only available for agents.

 

To log in, use your existing email id and password that you use while accessing the InsuredMine portal.

In case you forgot your password, click on forget password and you will be able to reset your password.

To reset the password:

  • Click on forget password

  • Confirm the email where the instructions will be sent to reset the password

  • Check the inbox and click on the reset password button

  • Enter the new password and confirm the password

  • Click on submit

  • Your password has been reset and now you can use the new password to log in to your InsuredMine mobile application.

In this article, you will learn:

How do I log in for the first time?

Insuredmine should have shared/emailed your login credentials with either the ADMIN of the agency or directly to the user. You’ll receive a temporary password to log in for the first time. If you don’t remember the ID – it is your work email address. For successful login ensure 3 things are correct.

  1. Login link/URL – agencyname.insuredmine.com.
  2. Email – your work email address.
  3. Password – use the password you receive or the one you reset.

Steps to Update Profile Information and Change Password

If you need to change your password or update your profile, you can do so from the Profile Settings section.

  • Click on your profile image.
  • Click on the second profile image.
  • This will open the Profile Settings page.

From the Profile Settings, you can

  • Change your password.
  • Update your profile information.
  • Add or update your profile picture by clicking Upload New Photo.
  •  Click Save Changes to apply the updates.

Forgot Password

You will initially receive an email to set up your account’s password. After that, if you forget your password or need to update it, you can press the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen. Our password requirements require that your password is at least 6 characters long.

Click on ‘Forget Password.’

  • Add your Email Address.
  • Next, click on send.

A success message will be displayed saying: Check your inbox, we’ve sent an email with the password reset instructions.

Visit your, Email account that you have added to ‘Reset your password.’

Now, Setup a New Password.

  • Confirm the new Password.
  • Next, click on submit. 

A new password will be successfully set.

In this article, you will learn:

How do I log in for the first time?

You should have received an email with your login credentials & a password for you to log in for the first time. (In case you don’t remember your ID – it is usually your work email address.) Use your email address as the login name for the account.

To successfully login, you need to ensure 4 things are correct.

  1. Login link – youragencyname.insuredmine.com
  2. Login As – make sure you select Agent
  3. Email – your work email address
  4. Password – use the password you received and then change it.

NOTE: It is strongly recommended that you change the password you received from Insuredmine to a new one for security reasons.

Forgot Password

You will initially receive an email to set up your account’s password. After that, if you forget your password or need to update it, you can press the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen.

On this screen, just enter your email address and click SUBMIT.  You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Our password requirements require that your password be at least 6 characters long.

Change Password

If at any point, you need to change your password, you can do so from Settings.

  1. Click on your profile picture
  2. Click on Settings
  3. From the Settings column, select Change Password.
  4. You will see the screen Change Password.  Here you can change your password.
