How do I log in for the first time?
Insuredmine should have shared/emailed your login credentials with either the ADMIN of the agency or directly to the user. You’ll receive a temporary password to log in for the first time. If you don’t remember the ID – it is your work email address. For successful login ensure 3 things are correct.
- Login link/URL – agencyname.insuredmine.com.
- Email – your work email address.
- Password – use the password you receive or the one you reset.
Steps to Update Profile Information and Change Password
If you need to change your password or update your profile, you can do so from the Profile Settings section.
- Click on your profile image.
- Click on the second profile image.
- This will open the Profile Settings page.
From the Profile Settings, you can
- Change your password.
- Update your profile information.
- Add or update your profile picture by clicking Upload New Photo.
- Click Save Changes to apply the updates.
Forgot Password
You will initially receive an email to set up your account’s password. After that, if you forget your password or need to update it, you can press the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen. Our password requirements require that your password is at least 6 characters long.
Click on ‘Forget Password.’
- Add your Email Address.
- Next, click on send.
A success message will be displayed saying: Check your inbox, we’ve sent an email with the password reset instructions.
Visit your, Email account that you have added to ‘Reset your password.’
Now, Setup a New Password.
- Confirm the new Password.
- Next, click on submit.
A new password will be successfully set.
