Share multiple templates

Now you can share multiple templates with access at one go! You need to select the templates by clicking on the checkbox on the left side and then by clicking on the share templates on the top. The single share option is also available by clicking on the three dots beside each template.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to Engagements.
Click on the templates that you want to share.
Click on the Share templates tab on the top.
Select the agent’s name with whom you want to share the templates.
Give them access to Read or Read/Write.
Click on the Share button.

All the shared templates will be available under the shared folder of the agent with whom you have shared the templates.

Share Template/ Folder with Read /Write capabilities

Now you can share email templates and template folders with agents by read or edit access. Based on the access granted, the agents will have read or edit capabilities for the template.

If you have provided read access while sharing the template, the agent will not be able to edit or share the template. If you have provided edit access in that case agents will be able to edit or share the templates.

For sharing email templates:

Navigate to Engagements
Select Email Templates
Select the folder from which you want to choose and share the template
Select the template and click on 3 dots (action)
Click on share

Select the agents with whom you want to share
Click on select access and select read or write
Click on the share button.

The email template will be shared with the agent and the template will be available in their account under the shared folder in the email template section. The same is the case with the folder too. You can even share a folder with agents while giving read or write access.

For sharing template folder:

Navigate to engagement
Select email templates
Click on the folder that you want to share
Click on 3 dots
Click on share

Select the agents with whom you want to share
Click on select access and select read or write
Click on the share button.

Once the template is shared, you will get the notification for successfully sharing the template folder notification. Once the template folder is shared with the agent, the template folder will be available in the agent’s account under the shared folder. Clicking on the folder, the agent can have access to the templates within the folder.

Note: The agents with whom you have already shared will be highlighted as previously shared.
