You can now share and unshare access to a template for any agent, just as you do in google docs.

To view the enhancement:

• Navigate to Engagement

• Click on Templates and select any template

• Click on 3 dots icon and select Share

• Select the name of the agents you would like to share the template with and click Share

If you would like to unshare the template with the agent whom you have already shared the template with, click Remove Access.
