In this article, you will learn:

Now you can share the form templates from the form list only.
  • Navigate to forms
  • Click on the form list
  • Select the form template that you want to share.
  • Navigate right to click on 3 dot icon
  • Click on the share icon.
  • A panel from the right will open with the name of the agents.
  • Select the agents and click to share.

The users receive an email notification regarding the Custom Form shared. A sample image has been shown below:

Enhancement: January 2021

Previously shared feature in forms

Now, you will get to see the agent’s name with whom you have previously shared the forms. To view this enhancement:
  • Navigate to forms
  • Click on the forms list
Navigate the cursor to the particular form and click on the share icon under the action section In the agents’ list under the share form, you can find previously shared tags beside the agent’s name with whom the form has already been shared.
