• Navigate to the Pipeline module. Click on the three dots Action button on the right corner of the window. Select the Archived list.

• Select the Download button.

• The report will be downloaded.

Benefit – Ease in managing the deal cards.

Process- 

• Navigate to the Pipelines module.

• Select a deal Card. Click on the three dots icon.

• Select Copy or Move card.

Note – Toggle Copy if you want to copy a deal card; otherwise, toggle Move to move a deal card into a specific pipeline and stage.

• Select the copy or move option.
• Select the pipeline and stage. Click on Update.

Note – You can archive a deal card with the archive option.

• Navigate to the card and select a three-dot icon.
• Click on Archive.

• A pop-up window will appear on the screen. Click on Yes, archive it!

• A confirmation message will appear that the Card is Archived.

How does Renewal Pipeline Automation function?

Renewal deal cards are automatically added to the Open stage for policies expiring on days mentioned. Each card displays contact details, policy category, premium value, and due date, all based on the expiration date.

To view the ehancement:

• Navigate to the Pipelines Module, access the three-dots icon, and select “Pipeline Settings” from the dropdown menu.

• Select the “Renewal Pipeline” option from the choice of settings that appears.
• Select “Enable” if you want to enable Renewal Automation.

Choosing an agent to handle retention/renewal cards:-

• Navigate to the Pipelines module.
• Select Renewal Pipeline from the Pipeline settings.

• By default, cards are assigned to the agent linked with the policy. However, admins can customize this assignment and allocate retention cards to a preferred agent.

Setting up the pipeline for renewal cards

To navigate through:

• Select the Pipelines Module.
• From the pipeline settings select Renewal Pipeline.
• By default, pipeline and stage will be created in the retention board. Additionally, you can also choose to select the deal card- private or shared.

Archive the card after expiration date

• Go to the Pipelines module.
• Access pipeline settings.
• Scroll down and you will get the sliding button which will allow you to choose the option Yes/No of archiving the renewal cards after policy expiration.
• In case you select “Yes” to archive the retention cards, you get an option to enter the number of days after which you want to archive the card.

Renewal pipeline setting by Policy Type

To check the enhancements:

• Navigate to the Pipelines module and then select Pipeline settings.
• Click on Renewal Pipeline and then select by Policy type.
• Customize Pipeline Settings as per the line of policy- Personal/ Commercial/ Others.
• Select the Pipeline and the Stage.

Creating a single renewal card per contact

In the renewal settings you will get the option saying “Do you want to create a single renewal card per contact?”  If this feature is enabled a single card will be created based on each renewal by expiration date.

Note: The retention settings feature is for Admin only.

• Navigate to Pipelines.
• Click on the action button (3 dots) and select settings.
• Click on renewals settings.
• Move the toggle bar to on to create a single renewal card per day.
• Click on save.

Managing cancellation, rewriting, and renewal stamping in deal cards

• Stamps in deal cards help indicate whether the deal card is Renewed, rewritten or Canceled.
• You can customize as yes or no on the due date for the renewal card before/after policy expiration.

To view the enhancement:

• Navigate to Pipelines.
• Click on the three-dots action icon.
• Click on Pipeline Settings.
• Select Renewal Pipeline.
• Scroll down to Customize Renewal Card due date.
• Slide the toggle bar to Yes.
• Enter the days before/after you want to set the due date after policy expiration.

How to Archive all deal cards of a stage?

Follow the steps mentioned below :

1. Navigate to the Pipeline manager from the left panel.
2. Click on the Action icon(vertically placed 3 orange dots) for the deal stage you want to archive all cards.
3. Click on Archive all cards option as shown in the image below
4. You will get a message to confirm your action.
5. Click yes to archive all cards.

Is it possible to view archived cards?

Yes, it is possible to view the archived cards. When you archive cards, all the data is stored in the Archive list. Navigate to Settings by clicking on the gear icon of the pipeline. Now, select the Archive List option to view all the archived cards.

What information is available on the archive list?

You can see the deal cards with all the deal details including information on the following:

• Deal Card Title: It is the name of the deal card
• Deal Value: It is the earning from the deal
• Created for: It is the contact name .
• Status: It is the deal stage name.
• Date Created: It is the card generation date.
• Date Archived: It is the archiving date.

Can the Archive list be sorted?

Yes, you can sort the archive list on the basis of Deal value, Status, Date created and Date archived. This can be done by clicking on the arrows in the respective field titles. An upward arrow indicates ascending order while downward shows descending order of archived deal card records.

Unarchive an archived deal card

If you have created a deal card that you want to remove from the existing pipeline, then you can archive the selected deal card. Additionally, you can unarchive the deal to card to retrieve it.

How to archive a deal card?

• Go to Pipeline Manager
• Navigate to the deal card
• Click on the 3 orange dots
• Click on archive
• You will get a popup to confirm the action, click yes to archive the card.
• Once archived you will get a message for successfully archiving the deal card.

How to unarchive a deal card?

• Navigate to Pipeline Manager
• Click on the gear icon and select Archived List
• Click on the redo sign to unarchive the Deal Card.

• Once unarchived you can find the deal card back in the pipeline.

• Once inside the card you can find the details of the archiving and unarchiving of the deal card.
