Within the InsuredMine Agency Portal users can now see when their clients register on the Client Portal (online) or download the Mobile App. This should serve as a prompt for the agent to review the documents within the client’s 360 Overview and select which, if any, should be visible to the client on the Client Portal or Mobile App.

The App User widget is now available on Agency dashboard:

Agency Dashboard will display the 6 KPIs. Active clients, Annualized Premium, Policies & Carriers (each is hyperlinked to provide you instant view to each of them)

1. Active accounts – List of all the active accounts as individuals or businesses who have purchased policies through your agency. Clicking on the count opens the list of all active accounts and each account provides a 360 view (overview) of policy holder including – Policy Info, Documents (email, received records, events – notes, files), Events, Deal/card history, Chat history, Campaigns & Referrals.
2. Premium: Premium is calculated based on 365 days in a year beginning on the initial date of the policy. Depending on the start date of the policy, the month may have less or more days in it for the term.
3. Policies – Count of policies is a good reflection of business health and growth. By clicking on the policy count – the next page will show all policies by policy number, account name, provider, premium, period, insured; policies by me, by others.
4. Premium per Account- Premium per account allows to understand the volume of business that you are driving from the particular account. 
5. Premium per Policy- Premium per policy can give a fair idea of the business that you will be driving from each policy.
6. Policy per Account- Policy per account shows average number of policies for each account.

Segment your books of business by insurance type via policy count or premium amount. Click on the count or premium to preview the list or click the list or click the email icon to send a campaign to the segment.

Carriers by Business Share widget is now available under Agency widget:

This bubble chart helps you identify which carriers are your best partners. See if your agency is becoming too heavily invested with one carrier or the sizes of the bubble are fairly equal. Click on expanded view to see the policy count and premium.

Policies by line of business charts is available under Agency Dashboard:

With this donut chart widget, you can visualize your book of business by line to understand what percentage of total business does a particular line represent.

Map widget helps you identify client clusters in seconds and keep your agency well represented geographically to maintain better loss ratios.

Contact by location widget is available under AMS Dashboard:

You need to use pins on the map to identify client clusters. Select a pin to know the count of clients in that zip and then click on the count to see the list of those clients. Use the dropdown to select the try of contacts you want to view on the map.
