Send Past Due Tasks as notification

Admin can notify their agents of all the tasks due on the current date. Slide the toggle bar to enable this notification for agents. The notification gets scheduled for every day at 6 am CST. The agent will get notified via email about all the tasks that are due to date.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to Pipelines
Click on 3 dots and select Pipeline Settings.

Click Notification Settings
Slide the toggle bar beside Past Task Due Notification to enable the feature

Every day at 6 am CST the agents will be notified via email about all the tasks

Agents can navigate to the task list by clicking on the go to Tasklist Dashboard.

Analytics in Task list

Update – The Tasklist Analytics or task count will be shown in the List view

Use case – View analytics on tasks and obtain a comprehensive one-stop overview. In addition, you can apply different filters to the task list to view only tasks that match specific criteria.

Process:

Navigate to Tasklist in the List view
Group by Due date
Group by Priority
Group the results by Status

The result will show the number of pending and completed tasks.

You can apply filters of your choice with the corresponding count of tasks.

Task & Reminder Analytics in Workflow Automation

For all the workflow automation you can now view the task and reminder analytics along with the email and text analytics.

Task Analytics

The task analytics will show all the details of the task assigned. The details will include the date of when the task is created, the contact for whom the task is created, Due Date, Priority Assignee, Assigned By, Status and Action.

Reminder Analytics

Reminder analytics will include all the reminders issued to the agents. The reminders will involve the Sent, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, and Spam details of the reminder email. You can also click to view the email.

Activities in Reports

In the report section, the Activity Reports tab is introduced.

The Reports for the following activities will be available: Notes, Files, Emails, Calendar Events, Texts, Tasks, and Calls.

By default, a 30 days filter will be applied. You can change as required.

And in the activities section, Notes will be shown by default. The notes will be displayed along with the Agent’s name. Once you click on the number, the Contact details and Notes details will be displayed below. Click to have a further view of the Notes or the Contact. You can sort the Notes based on the number.

If you click on Files, you get the table view for all the files along with Contact details.

If you click on the Emails tab, you can view the total emails sent by each agent for their contacts. The table view represents the subject line, email address, contact name and send details.

In the Calendar Event section, you will get the details of calendar events scheduled for the agents. You click on the event count to view the details for the event for each client, details of the event, Scheduled time, etc.

If you click on the Texts tab, you will find the agent details sending the total number of text messages. To view, the details of the text messages click on the number to view the message, sent number and sent time.

The Tasks tab will represent the total tasks performed by each agent. Clicking on task count will display the task details- task title, Contact, Priority, Assignee, and Completed Date.

Click on the calls tab to get the details of calls performed by the agent. Clicking on the count will display a detailed report including Date, Direction, Called From, Called To, Contact, Status, Call Recording, and Call Duration.
