For all the workflow automation you can now view the task and reminder analytics along with the email and text analytics.
The task analytics will show all the details of the task assigned. The details will include the date of when the task is created, the contact for whom the task is created, Due Date, Priority Assignee, Assigned By, Status and Action.
Reminder analytics will include all the reminders issued to the agents. The reminders will involve the Sent, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, and Spam details of the reminder email. You can also click to view the email.
