Send Documents for eSignature from Contact360, Account360, and Deal card

You can share documents with your contacts for eSignature from Contact 360, Account 360, and deal cards in the pipeline.

Deal Card

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to Accounts
Select one account to view the Account 360
Click on Files
Upload a PDF document

Note: Only PDF document is applicable for eSignature. If you upload any other format it will display an error message.

Once the file is uploaded it will be visible in the file list
Click on the three-dots icon next to the file name
Select Send For eSignature

If you want to add additional signers, click on the Add button and click Next

Add and place the fields and click Next

Type the subject and message and click Send

The eSignature tab is also available in Contact 360 and Account 360. And if you have already sent any document for eSignature from Contact 360 or Account 360 then you will find all the details under the eSignature tab. The details will include all the documents you have sent and the status of the document.

Add the signed document to the files section.

Description- You can view signed files for the Contact, Account, or Deal card under the Files and eSignature section for the Files sent for eSignature in Contact 360 and Account 360, respectively.

Use Case – Ease of viewing signed files sent for Contact, Account, and Deal Card in Contact 360 and Account 360.

Process –

Navigate to the Contacts Module. Click on a contact to go to Contact 360.
Go to the Files section. Click on the Add file button to add a file.

Click on the three dots to send the document for eSignature. Select Send for eSignature.

Once the document is signed, the status of the eSignature document will be updated after refreshing the tab in the eSignature module.

You may view the signed documents in the Files and eSignature section in Contact 360.

Note – The original document and the signed document are visible under the Files section.

Note- You can view files sent for eSignature in the Deal Card and Accounts module. The signed file sent for eSignature in a deal card will be visible under the Contact 360.

Duplicate data for Contact 360, Account360, and Pipeline Deal Card

You will now have the duplicate data details based on either email or the contact number of any contact. This feature will be available in Deal card, Contact 360 and Account 360.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to Contacts

Click on a contact to view the contact 360

Note: Duplicates will be visible based on email id or contact number (contact number can be phone number, business number, or any other number available)

If you click on the Duplicates Found tab, the list of duplicate records will be visible.
You can select a few of those details and can merge them if required.

Similarly, if you navigate to deal cards and open a deal card, under Linked Contacts, you will find the duplicate record.

Additionally, even if you navigate to Accounts and click on contacts under Account 360, you will find the duplicate record details.

Adding Links in Contact360, Account360, Deal Card

You can now add links in deal card, account360, and contact360 under the description section of each actionable module.

In the deal card section, links can be added in the description section under the to-do section, tasks, notes, files, communication (email & text), activities, and timeline.

In account360, links can be added in the description section under files, communication, tasks, and notes.

In contact360, links can be added in the description section under files, communication, tasks, and notes.

Note: In text, the link will be clickable. However, in notes and email, the link will not be clickable.

Edit Notes in Account360, Contact360, and Deal Card

You can now edit notes from Account 360, Contact 360 and Deal Cards.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to Notes section under each section- Accounts 360, Contact 360, Deal Card section
Click on the edit icon beside the notes to edit.

Add Call log in Call section in Communication Page

If the agent is having a call with a client through their personal phone or any other medium, they can save the notes based on their communication under the Add Call Log section.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to Contacts
Click on a Contact to view the Contact360
Navigate to Communications
Click on Calls
Click on Add Call Log

You may write your notes in the call log
Click on Save

You will get a notification saying the call log has been saved
The details of the note will be visible in the Call section.

The Add Call log section can be viewed in Account 360, Contact 360, and pipeline. Added log information for incoming and outgoing call log can be viewed with time and date with Agent name information in it.

Forward Email from Deal Card and Contact360

Now you can forward emails from the deal card and contact360 section. This enhancement will help you have an easy communication process.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to the deal card.
Click on communication
Click on 3 dots on the right side of the email.
You will get the options to reply and forward.
Click on forward to forward the email

A panel will open, where you need to fill in the details and send.

You will get the forward email option both in the communication section of deal cards and also in Contact360.

Task sync up from Insuredmine to HawkSoft as Suspense

Now whenever you add a task in InsuredMine and save it in Contact360, it will get synced in HawkSoft logs.

To view the enhancement:

Navigate to Contact360
Click on Add Task
Fill in the details to add task and click on save
Once the task is saved and synced, it will get updated in HawkSoft logs.
