Add Call log in Call section in Communication Page

If the agent is having a call with a client through their personal phone or any other medium, they can save the notes based on their communication under the Add Call Log section.


To view the enhancement:

  • Navigate to Contacts

  • Click on a Contact to view the Contact360

  • Navigate to Communications

  • Click on Calls

  • Click on Add Call Log


  • You may write your notes in the call log

  • Click on Save


  • You will get a notification saying the call log has been saved
  • The details of the note will be visible in the Call section.

The Add Call log section can be viewed in Account 360, Contact 360, and pipeline. Added log information for incoming and outgoing call log can be viewed with time and date with Agent name information in it.
