Overview
We have introduced a new enhancement that allows users to add emoji reactions to notes within Pipelines, Contact360, and Account360. This feature enables users to quickly acknowledge, respond to, or provide feedback on notes using emojis, making collaboration and communication more interactive.
Use Case: This enhancement helps users provide quick feedback on notes without adding additional comments. By using emoji reactions, team members can acknowledge updates, highlight important information, and collaborate more efficiently within Pipeline, Contact360, and Account360 records.
