Overview
We have introduced a new “All” option within the Communication section of both Account360 and Contact360. This enhancement provides a consolidated view of all communication activities, allowing users to easily access and review interactions from a single location.
Use Case: Users can use the All option to view all communication records associated with an account or contact without switching between different communication types. This helps improve visibility into customer interactions and enables faster access to communication history.
To view the enhancement:
- Navigate to the Accounts or Contacts section.
- Open the desired Account or Contact profile.
- Click the Communication tab.
